Well i cut that prop dose down .. And now first time in months I'm not erect 24-7 . Infact little drive the last few days . Also sweating standing still hot
Flashes etc .. Fucking sucks in that regard . However I ripped my shirt off I'm the gym and I'm looking pretty nice I noticed .
Had a head cold for 7 days too so hard to say what
Are sides what is symptoms from this winter cold .
Did some platform step ups In the smith machine - and it works hams / glutes like a fucker and now cple days latter the glutes are so soar there giving me sciatic nerve pain :( .
Also noticed with lowering prop dose I'm soar again like natty .. Haven't felt soarness for months . Then it comes bak and sucks ass . Good damn muscle rec
 
I should also add that I started in with Metamucil everyone was saying it would help my bloated look . Well about 5 days in and last two days having wicked stomach cramps . Wtf ?!
If it doesn't subside I'm done with dosing fiber

muscle recovery seems garbage after 3mo of flawless recovery on a gram + of T, down to 350 TP ew, with Tren Ace 350 ew , NPP 350 ew. NPP should be done in a week ,and on to ace and tp to finish, with some HCG. feb 3 last pin..

feeling like shit though in the evenings its wierd. had a head cold i worked through for like 7 days.. but now i got wicked PIP in one ass cheek , i think i pinned below normal entry idk? and then i got stomach cramps from meta mucil like a mother fucker. today was better than last few tell you what, been shitting like a mad man.. least 10 yesterday , maybe same today. normally i go 2-3 ed normal style, but this shit meta nother level shits. Plus i think even though i read conflicting views on Aro, that at 12.5 ed i have crashed my estro cause while libido is still there every evening im feeling kinda fluish.. like weak.. sweats are there, hot flashed, but that could be the tren .. but the feeling weak and ache, and feel ok in the am is puzzling. ima stop aro for 5 days and resume 12.5 eod we will see. the perfect storm breewing , didnt want to put that tren.tne combo anywhere but the butt and i think i repinned a already pipd ass this am , so yea... fml

God damn man! That sounds like a lot of shit goin on... I don't know a lot about tren and haven't run it, but maybe someone who knows more can jump in and let you know if it could be related to the stuff that's going on wih you. Sounds too crazy to all be coincidence

Alright, well better off last 2 nights. AI dose has ceased for a few days..

read up on aro a little more and you can indeed use it e3d or so .. not for everyone or every dose this way, but while on a small dose of armotizing aas it is ok this way. how its a sucidal, it takes out so much estro even with a 8hr half life, and the aromazatation must take place again to create estro , so it can take a cple days.. anyways.. the weak ache joints and overall flu weak evening feeling has been gone . Meta mucil threw me for a big loop. bad cramps. theyve subsided. Im doing 1 scoop in the am, and 10oz of water , then 5 eggs, and my flax seed cereal or oatmeal. what really fucked me up was only drinking a little water with it. still shitting like a madman though. seems some bloat is gone, and morning am weight has stayed low in the 195/196 range.

only thing im battling is this PIP in left butt check. i swear i nicked a nerve cause this is brutal . been poking around constantly out of ocd fear of an abcess or some other misfortunate malady .. but i think its all good just fucking hurts. idk. not even really swoll. no more jabs there for now.

Just hit some TNE and Tren in the quad, and off to chest day. should be 3 of us so ill try to cam me hitting 335 x 1 or 2 on flat bb chest bench
 
Good to see you're doing better @tileguy123! Can't remember if you decreased your Aro dose or frequency when you lower your prop dose (to add the Tren)? If you didn't adjust that Aro dose or frequency that could be why your E2 crashed.

That pip sounds like a mutherfucker in a bad place! Hope it gets better soon.
 
Yeah strongs pretty sure my ai dose was a bit much for 350 mg ew of test .. Ima go 12.5 e3d after a few more day break .

Pip still there even after blasting it at my gyms spa ..

Tryed 325 instead of 335 and failed .. My buddy said he hardly helped ... But I got half way up and it stalled so I battled it so I consider full fail . Sucked but went on to kill chest day

20 min of cardio at end
 
That's alright man ... You'll get it, just stay with it. Give yourself a little time to recover from the cold and go get it before this cycle ends. With that Trrn on board you'll get it. Sounds like you still got a good chest day in there.

I feel my strength has drastically decreased since dropping the NPP and Tren. Tren gave me some amazing physique gains really fast but fucked with my BP too much. I think I'll just keep it at the end of cycles from now on (last few weeks) and kill the NPP during the rest.
 
Yeah I got very little npp left a cc or two ... Ending soon there . Got about two weeks left of tren ace .. The. Prop till 2-3 or so .

Sad to see it end but I've come pretty far just in stamina in the gym, better form , stronger lifts .. About time to switch up the whole routine .
February will be interesting . Beach bound for a week margarita and room service style - then gyno surgery end of month . Will start pct around the 11 th wen I return and run it through the gyno surgery till the 11 th of march .
April there's a bigger NPC how here ganna watch and see what I think about the men's physique division - see if I feel like I can hang . If so next cycle ima train my ass off and probably try a show
 
I hear you man... A long way from being injured and getting back into swing of things. It nice and refreshing to reflect on the things you got out of this cycle. The beach vacation will add a nice little reward for all of your hard work and accomplishments.

I'm not a body builder but I do know about sports and competition. If you want it ... Go get it. Even if you compete and don't do well, there is still no shame. Hell, I learned some of life's most valuable lessons in the 4th quarter of blowout games. I found myself in those games! I learned more about heart and my character than I ever did in any win. My point ... Don't wait until the perfect time. The perfect time may not never happen. If you want it ... Go get it! Compete and learn/grow from the experience my friend.

I'm def including npp in the future ... Joints felt fabulous this time overal . I know I prolly went through a ton of npp thou so next time it'll be npp. Front load then deca and npp last month .
Curious to see if my natty t bounces back . If not it'll be doc trt time hahaha ( evil chuckle )

You might be getting gear & training sick too. Nothing wrong with taking 2 weeks + off from everything , gear ,weight training and high protein diet after a heavy or long cycle . It gives the body a break and I usually dont lose any muscle at all . I usually eat medium protein/ low calories and lots of rest .

You look good brother , what an improvement from just 6 months ago .If I had your thin skin Id be thinking showtime . Power up Wolverine !! :cool:
