It's not that different to our drink-driving laws that concentrate on the levels consumed as opposed to thinking that banning all alcohol when driving is realistic.
I freely acknowledge that there are many and varied, valid reasons that support the opposite points of view on the subject.
But in the best interests of commonsense and what's achievable, I have come to the belief that allowing legal access to many drugs currently deemed illicit will go the farthest to establishing level playing fields.
Monitoring levels of usage is more feasible, beneficial and affordable than continuing the hopeless task of attempting to detect and totally eliminate mass usage.
