The downside is they make you wait longer before donating again, which you can get around by going to another (different) blood donation, like Red Cross and then Lifesouth, or you can drain a pint or two of your own in between, as needed.
 
Tomorrow i start to really track my macros, as i am definitly off on my macros. So weighing and counting.

today i ate 3000 cals. Which is not enough. So starting fresh.

Hitting 250 was my goal which i did. I am around 16-17% bf, my new goal is hitting 220- 235 at 12-14% bf, if thats possible. I am 245 at the moment. This is where i stay, 245

my chest and arms are slacking compared to my legs. My arms and chest have always been my lagging parts, i would like to bring those areas up.

I really want to bring my legs up in big way, drastic improvements, larger size, but I have been torn on how much body fat to allow while doing it. I know I will need to add fat, that I cannot grow substantially while staying lean, but I also do not wish to be 15% or higher . . .

I’ll probably go to roughly 16% I was around 11 when I started putting on weight and I always gain best when I’m around 16%

I probably gained 3-4% body fat,

my legs are my best area, my upper body lags compared to my legs.

Is it possible to gain muscle by only gaining minimal bf? By just eating right?

my bulk was kind of sloppy. My macros were off.
 
You need to eat in a surplus - it is just the question of how fat you need to get that I do not know . . . I see guys like Mac11wildcat gaining stage weight while abs are still visible in the off season. Check out his log (88 pages or so) in the bodybuilding section.

Yes been following along he eats a shit ton, and doesnt seem to gain any fat at all. 400 protein and 850 carbs! Dam.
 
Everybody who isn't a power lifter (meaning they want form over function) could easily bulk rapidly just by watching a scale and using portion control. Weigh yourself after the morning bowel movement every Sunday and if you've gone up, great; if not, add 500 calories to your daily intake. Once you see weight going up on the scale stay at that daily intake level. Lift 3+ days a week.

There, you can now add very lean weight.
Most guys just pick some crazy ass high number like 4,000 or 8,000 and eat that daily until they are ready to cut. That's retarded. You want to stay hydrated and you want to have the building blocks your body needs for new muscle plus performance; that's not nearly as high a number as people pretend it is.

Proof? Look at dudes in prison with limited calorie resources or jacked poor-as-dirt dudes in Africa.

Edit: I'm stating what's possible, but it's not easy because it requires a lot of discipline and tracking.

Can confirm, started lifting in prison eating tuna and ramen between my 500 calorie soy meals lol
 
Yes! Finally done with tren. I have no more. Thank Goodness that stuff is great but sucks. Started to feel the anxiousness from tren and shit like that. Makes me think too much.

now i can move onto just pinning every 3.5 days.

Going to do 200 mg every 3.5 days as a cruise and i am running 25 mg dbol and 25 mg winny a day for a week or 2 then cruising for good and cutting down bf.

i until i run my next cycle 6-8 weeks from my last dose of winny and dbol.

Dbol is always my favorite way to end a blast. Makes me feel good and gain size at the tail end of it, keep gaining bro!
