Time for some size!

Have lost 3 lbs thats all so far. But only eating at maintenence then the fasted am cardio and workingout is causing the weight loss, plus water.

going to eat and exercise like this for 4 weeks.

Amfasted cardio
Pm weight lifting

200 mg test C pinned once a week.

going to eat

350 protein 300 carbs and 90 fats.

eating the carbs more so around my workout.

Getting my hgh in a couple days.

so then will be doing
Hgh upon waking then I have a treadmil and doing an incline walk for 10 minutes then 15 minutes and 20 minutes every 2 weeks increasing the time. Doing LISS cardio since thats where fat utilization is best.

not sure if its better to do fasted cardio ed or 3 times a week.
Should hgh and fasted cardio be done every morning? For beat results.

Was going to do this cycle in 6-8 weeks.

test C- 400 or 600 mg
EQ - 400 mg
Dhb - 300 mg

not sure about the length of this cycle yet. But there will be leaner gains/cut.
I’m no expert but personally when I’m losing weight I stick to my routine everyday and it tends to get me my desired results faster. My cuts are very brief though I just try and get rid of excess fat. If it were a long term diet I might opt out to 4 or 5 days a week

the amount of times i have to pee went from 15 a day to 4-5.
My head has stopped being so itchy and hair is not shedding ad much.

so i believe the mast enlarged prostate and messed up my hair a little.

It may grow back though since crusing.

Sorry I didn't catch watch mast dose you were running. I'm running mast for the first time at 400. I love it it but I'm waking up every hour to pee

Yes it actually did that to me, not only at night but through the day.

It was between 350-500 mg a week of mast prop, i believe, i forgot to log the dose taken.
 
So i was reccommended to start at 1 iu and work my way up, which is how i will approach it.

200 mg test a week and 1 iu working to 3 iu. Wanted to do ed pins, someone reccommended 5 on 2 off. But i think i will do 7 days on.
 
I’ve been liking eod for my gh. I started out with daily pinning but since switching to eod I notice no difference and I don’t have to pin twice a day

This may be a dumb question, but I am wondering: Are you administering a double dose, in one injection, every other day? So the dose over two days averages out the daily dose you were administering before?

I ask because everything I have been reading seems to suggest breaking up larger doses into multiple smaller doses to prevent sides. If you are doing a double dose at once, I'm curious how your experience is.

i fasted for a while today and yesterday so my stomach will skrink a little in order to not be so hungry.

going to fast everyday until 10 and stop eating at 7-8 pm

eating all macros between here
 
This may be a dumb question, but I am wondering: Are you administering a double dose, in one injection, every other day? So the dose over two days averages out the daily dose you were administering before?

I ask because everything I have been reading seems to suggest breaking up larger doses into multiple smaller doses to prevent sides. If you are doing a double dose at once, I'm curious how your experience is.

I’m doing 6iu eod 3 in the morning and 3 at night. This is my first run with hgh and I’m playing around with it as I do with all compounds. This ones a little more fun though since there’s so many ways you could potentially do it. I got the eod idea from a study I read. I tried to find it just now it but could only find it on Reddit sadly. Here it is

Upping my dose of hgh tomorrow to 3 iu. I have no sides at all. I was doing 2 iu. Also my vial is 24 iu, so taking 2 iu and keeping refridgertaed is to long, i do t want degradation in fridge. So moving to 3 iu

edit, upping dose is 3 days as its only been 3 days. Damnit feels like its been longer

Jano did a test showing after 7 days hgh in fridge reconstituted barely degraded. I also asked Opti his opinion and said should be good at least 4 weeks. Worst case probably a little less potent at most.
 
My diet is on point.

eating a consitent 3560 cals and 350 protein, 315 carbs and 100 fats.

Keeping these cals here as i go on hgh and see what happens. I am very pleased with the hgh and the bac water i got, which reconstitutes clear as can be.

doing 15 min fasted cardio every morning thus far, and doing a brisk walk for now.
Using 5 mg cialis preworkout now, taken AM after cardio but before my workout.

on 200 mg of test cyp and bumling to 3 iu of hgh AM tomorrow.

I got my EQ, Deca, tadafil, Test Cyp, tren A in and it looks good.

so once this cruise is done for another 6 weeks its blast off, making sure to have a nice low BF by that time.

using hgh and test cyp, i should be able to cut enough for a good blast.

I started cruising dec 1.

havent lifted in 3 days and going to start tomorrow again, chest and back.

running hgh for now on for a while.

I got the good bac water and it is clear as can be, glad i got it, thanks for advice.
