Time to Stop Cardio?

Been training in weights for about 2 years. 6 foot 2inches tall. Weight before lifting 130. Weight after 160. Before lifting I was always a runner. Did cross country, track and field. Anyhow I am starting to stagnate in weight gain now. Im eating about 3.5k calories a day but still no weight gain. Lean as fuck at 6% body fat.
I weight train 4x a week for about an hour each session, but I do cardio 5x a week for 30min a session as I have always ran. Im probably burning off 600 calories each time I run plus even more from a kind of after burn effect running at a high intensity 90% max heart rate. Keeps metabolism humming for a good 48hrs after. Anyhow I feel like im burning too many calories to gain weight right now. Is it time to stop cardio and just lift at a high intensity?

Do 30 minutes of LISS to maintain the health benefits of cardio and just eat more
