If I’m in a “down” period of HGH meaning 2iu/day while I’m running TRT dosages, does anyone have an opinion on single administration timing? I’ve read some things about pre-workout for biasing growth, fasted in the morning for biased fat loss, and before bed for improved sleep… does it actually matter?

This topic is debated endlessly.

IMO for maximizing fat loss, about an hour before fasted cardio is helpful because GH mobilizes fat into the bloodstream. You can burn it off with fasted cardio or it'll redeposit. Once insulin is released after eating carbs, that effect is blunted.

For all other benefits, the main thing is to just get it in. After GH converts, IGF remains elevated long enough those benefits aren't that sensititive to timing. The only timing adjustment that you might make would be to get around sleeping issues if GH is causing a problem. But that's not an issue for most.
 
I used to do it in the am when I was concerned about lipolysis but switched to nights. I seem to recover better. It's never improved my sleep.
 
I guess I'll add the lipolysis / recomposition benefits plateau after a while. You go through all the fat that's going to easily respond to GH and dump its fatty acids and then you're down to resistant fat. Most of the time you notice super lean extremities and most of what's left is abdominal. Long standing fat in this area can "go deaf" to hormonal signals to release its fatty acids and you'd need to keep chipping away at it long term, and/or up the dose to bust through the resistance.

That's why I think for very long term users, the "morning/fasted cardio" thing doesn't do much for them anymore, since they've maxed out on the recomp effects, and now using GH for maintenance, better recovery, skin, etc.

if u are expensive and have the diabetic watch for 100usd every 7 days u can run am for my personal experience just not wanting to prick my finger every time i eat in my daily life.

running night time allows me to monitor 1 meal at home in the night and in the morning, which is perfect.
