I guess I'll add the lipolysis / recomposition benefits plateau after a while. You go through all the fat that's going to easily respond to GH and dump its fatty acids and then you're down to resistant fat. Most of the time you notice super lean extremities and most of what's left is abdominal. Long standing fat in this area can "go deaf" to hormonal signals to release its fatty acids and you'd need to keep chipping away at it long term, and/or up the dose to bust through the resistance.
That's why I think for very long term users, the "morning/fasted cardio" thing doesn't do much for them anymore, since they've maxed out on the recomp effects, and now using GH for maintenance, better recovery, skin, etc.
