Tips for HDL and creatinine levels?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone had some effective tips/supplement to boost HDL levels and lower creatinine levels. I’ve looked at older threads and suggestions that others have posted and integrated some of those but wanted to see if anyone had more suggestions or supplements to help that may not be as mainstream or common.

I currently take fish oil, do some cardio, and drink a tbsp of olive oil daily. I’ve been bulking previously prior to this cut and eating 150g fat a day and my HDL was still only 39-45 :(

I am trying to drink a gallon a day of water and keep blood pressure under 130/80 as controlling bp is strongly associated with kidney function. I just saw that astragalus has been shown to help eGFR, which should also lower creatinine function?

When I run compounds that boost blood pressure, I take 10mg lisinopril if my bp increases. I used to read studies that lisinopril caused a transient increase in creatinine function but otherwise was nephroprotective. Now I see newer studies saying it’s associated with kidney damage and should be avoided with impaired kidney function. My creatinine ranges high so I’m confused a to what b/p med I should obtain that won’t affect, preferably help, kidney function.

Does anyone have other suggestions or supplements for boosting HDL or lowering creatinine function?

Thank you :)

What drugs are you taking?

Baseline cystatin C result?

Do you lift heavy weights often?

Diet/macros?

Lipid panel results?

And still no answers.

Oh here's some help...

Lower your doses. Polypharmacy is not the cure all for serious AAS abuse.

Creatinine...

HDL...
too much androgens.
