Does this only increase Test levels whilst taking the Tongkat?
Pretty much yes, where your levels are 12.6, l'm normally around 22 if l take this tongkat l'm around 30. l have tested this by blood test several times. l do see an energy lift from it that's why l suggested it.

You need to fix your test levels up and hopefully get some aromatization into estrogen. lt just depends whether you want to stay natty or not. lf the Tongkat ali works as well on you, you can stay natty on it. lf it doesn't you might have to consider trt. l have tried about 10 different Tongkat ali's over the last 15 years and the 10% Eurycomanone is the only one that has had this sought of effect on me anyway.

Eurycomanone and how the effect, I would like to know the real experience of use.
 
How's your iron, I felt Luke this and fou d out I'm iron anemic...weird because all I eat is eggs red meat and chicken... but as soon as I got my iron back up I've had more energy, I've also had to take small naps ad I don't sleep.much being on night shift, this has also helped, small power naps here and there

Iron greatly affects productivity, I also noticed how iron falls, there is little energy. But daytime sleep is generally a fairy tale, just fine :)
 
Eurycomanone is believed to be the key active ingredient in Tongkat Ali that promotes testosterone production. The brand l mentioned has the highest % of this active ingredient on the market, and works better than anything natural l have tried for increasing testosterone when you are natty.
So you need to try it on yourself, right now in rehabilitation. There is time to experiment.

My irons fine according to my bloodwork above.
Only thing that is out of the "normal" range is my e2.
 
Just don't watch any sad movies lol

Nothing worse than crashed e2 levels, moody, painful joints among a host of negative health effects
I try very hard not to watch them ;).
When e2 fell for the first time and my joints began to hurt, I panicked so well, I don’t know the reason.

I just started mast e at 200mg and dropped my ai, and I haven't felt this good in a long time, I may include a low dose of mast in everything I run moving forward
 
I'm reading so many mixed opinions, some people say don't touch any anabolics until I have sorted my e2, some people are saying to run a cycle without an ai and thay will bring my levels back to the normal range and have the benefit off being on a cycle too. So confused what to do to be honest but I'm definitely starting to feel the effects of low e2!

You could try hcg, if your not ready for anabolic to bring your e2 up

It is necessary and correct to control according to analyzes e2.
 
And how does it feel in general?
Still pretty early but I have been feeling good, sense of well-being already climbing, I'm going for bloods in July so I will see where my e2 is sitting, but Def lowering my estrogen quickly as my left nipple doesn't hurt at all where it was getting tender previously

The main thing is that you feel good. The rest is livelihood.

Look bro, if you want to hop on cycle, hop on cycle. If you want to stay natty, take something to lower your shbg. It's that fucking simple.

Lethargy can be from various reasons though. Like, for instance, maybe you are slightly deficient in B1, causing you to not properly utilize carbs ... or maybe your cortisol is always sky high, heck or maybe you don't have enough cortisol and to much gaba and you are in a constant lethargy parasympathetic state ... But, fixing your hormones first is a must.

I must add though, that if the E2 test wasn't sensitive, the numbers you're seeing don't mean chit. And I presume that your estrogen is actually in range. I remember when my e2 kept reading low, and I went to my endocrinologist where we did proper testing and sure enough, my e2 was a.ok.

I don't want to hop on just yet as I would rather drop some body fat before hand.

How do I know if it was a sensitive E2 test? I am also currently looking at getting my cortisol checked to rule that out.
