Hi. Anyone has any experience running Tirz + BPC157/TB-500 combo at the same time? I couldn't find much info on it; it feels that Tirz and BPC do opposite things as far as inflammation goes (to my limited understanding), so not sure how this would work out. Any input is appreciated! I have a minor shoulder injury that I'm currently trying to heal as I'm cutting.

Definitely wait for one of the bigger brains to come in with a scientifically backed response. Anecdotally, I used tirz and BPC at the same time. In 2-3 months it healed up a shoulder issue that was keeping me from doing certain lifting exercises for about a year. The bpc seemed to work like a charm for me when nothing else ever really did (I never got cortisone shots)

What is your understanding on the inflammation part that would be opposite? Not sure what context you are speaking about.

Tirz is extremely anti-inflammatory (a fundamental premise of GLP-1's). My 3rd month on tirz, I spent some significant time researching it because my systemic inflammation was down so much that I swore there was an opiod or other pain reducer component of it. (I was on rx Mounjaro for 9 months).

I did not realize how much pain I was in until it was gone. At 53 (at the time 2 years ago), I just thought I was getting old. All my joints ached all the time. By the 3rd month on tirz, I literally felt 20 years younger. Now I have no idea if it was actually the compound, or the benefits of me eating less, eating cleaner, sleeping better, losing bodyfat (and we know that adipose tissue is inflammatory)... The sum of the parts...

In the past two years, much more has been released about the anti-inflammatory properties of GLP-1's. Significant research being published about helping with brain trauma by reducing inflammation in the brain.

Much more data available on the anti-inflammatory properties of BPC. I have been running 300mcg BPC daily subQ for a year as well as 4 weeks at a time 500 mg EOD oral BPC (then 4 weeks off). I also periodically cycle TB4 for biceps tendonitis.

No problems running these 3 together, I would just suggest NOT combining the 3 together into a single vial or pen. No issues combining BPC/TB4 (or TB500), but glp1's do not seem to play well when mixed with other peptides.

The combo has done more for my shoulder in 2 days then resting did in 14; my injury more like a rotator cuff sprain of some sort/impingement. I'm doing 2.5 TB x2 a week, 1mg BPC-157 a day and 6iu HGH daily.

I have read somewhere (I don't remember where) that a bunch of people were experiencing higher CRP on BPC (30+), but I haven't seen anything scientific. My knowledge on these peptides is very limited, so I was hoping for more insight (like yours).

I dont't have an issue pinning countless times a day, unfortunately, haha. No worries there.

Do you think that the Tiz benefits were a direct result of the GLP itself or do you think it could be a result of weight loss? The effects you speak of sound very profound, I'm impressed.

This is something many wonder.

Obviously there are well understood health benefits from weight loss, including a reduction in inflammation.

However, Tirz provides numerous, direct benefits independent of weight loss.

TLDR: GLP has direct impacts on specific cells, ie neurons and the endothelial lining of blood vessels, lowering inflammation. In addition, via agonizing GLP receptors on the vagus nerve (the same reason heart rate can become a little elevated), it lowers the systemic inflammatory response that the brain triggers when it senses signs of infection.

Thanks Ghoul, this is very informative.

After the GLP, bpc was a real miracle for my shoulder.
Impressive, I'm very tempted to start Tirz now (I was planning to finish 2 weeks of the BPC combo before starting Tirz)!

I am not an expert. My journey started in an attempt to heal and recovery more quickly, and deal with injuries and not being able to train.

Below is my "protocol" at the moment.

BPC @ 500mcg twice per day. I have also doubled this amount. Depends on protocol following (Seeds, etc.)

Tirz @ 2.5 mg - I'm moving to 5 mg this week. I split my pin (twice per week) thought was to reduce possible side effects and keep levels more "balanced" I have had no ill effects.

TB - I match my BPC dosage. Again, dosage recommendations vary and this is typically dosed twice a week for daily or multiple times per day. Also is it truly 500 or 400, etc.

IPA - 100 mcg pinned fasted upon waking. I take this about 10 min before the BPC and TB.

Test C - pinned every other day.

HCG - pinned on off Test days (every other day)

I've always thought it best to take it slow, and isolate each until you are comfortable with the results and reaction (as best you can). The only pep I've had a reaction to was CJC.

I'm not sure if this answers your questions or helps, but it is what I'm doing at the moment. Dealing with an injury and need hit the ground running when I heal, so I am exploring / researching areas of improvement... likely dropping bpc/tb for a bit or going to review the dosage.
