What is your understanding on the inflammation part that would be opposite? Not sure what context you are speaking about.
Tirz is extremely anti-inflammatory (a fundamental premise of GLP-1's). My 3rd month on tirz, I spent some significant time researching it because my systemic inflammation was down so much that I swore there was an opiod or other pain reducer component of it. (I was on rx Mounjaro for 9 months).
I did not realize how much pain I was in until it was gone. At 53 (at the time 2 years ago), I just thought I was getting old. All my joints ached all the time. By the 3rd month on tirz, I literally felt 20 years younger. Now I have no idea if it was actually the compound, or the benefits of me eating less, eating cleaner, sleeping better, losing bodyfat (and we know that adipose tissue is inflammatory)... The sum of the parts...
In the past two years, much more has been released about the anti-inflammatory properties of GLP-1's. Significant research being published about helping with brain trauma by reducing inflammation in the brain.
Much more data available on the anti-inflammatory properties of BPC. I have been running 300mcg BPC daily subQ for a year as well as 4 weeks at a time 500 mg EOD oral BPC (then 4 weeks off). I also periodically cycle TB4 for biceps tendonitis.
No problems running these 3 together, I would just suggest NOT combining the 3 together into a single vial or pen. No issues combining BPC/TB4 (or TB500), but glp1's do not seem to play well when mixed with other peptides.
