Newb here. So I place my order friday evening 2/8. It freakin arrived today WTF? that is crazy shipping time. Will note that pretty much 0 stealth, which I guess isn't much of a concern for domestic, but it didn't have my name on the package, so roommate opened it. Yeah, I guess now they now...

Did you send a name on your email? Because if you didn't it goes to current resident.

shit, yeah I just checked too, my bad, made a few purchases that day on some markets for other things. but maybe have a canned guideline when dealing with a new customer that includes a little more instruction.

Dude if i have to tell you to put your name with your address then you have much bigger problems. I already have to tell people to order vertically in a list. How much instruction am i required to give you when you're ordering creatine?
 
wow, the passive hostility might be a little much, I was by no means trying to take a shot. I am super impressed with the service. I was just relating my experience.
I own every mistake i make. When you come here and make it look like you sent me your name and i left it off and now people know you use, that makes ME look at fault. Which never happened. I just set things straight.

I get it you do this all day, and for you it probably seems like common sense stuff everyone should just know. I deal with it myself in my business. Take 5 mins to write up a paragraph on how what you expect from new customers, as glaringly obvious as it may seem to you and most others you deal with....Copy and paste. Every good business listens and takes into to consideration customer feedback.

I'm open to all customers. But you have to follow some basic guidelines to make it easy on both of us.
1. Secure email, first rule, you pass. Great job.

2. Second. Order vertically in a list fashion. Lots of people order horizontally and it's a bitch to reorganize (i have to be fast as a one man shop).

3. Third. Order only when you have coin that is READY TO TRANSFER. Coinbase and others place holds on coin sometimes. Make sure yours is available to send.

4. Fourth. There is a deliberate email sequence i follow. Always reply to the same email (per order) so i don't have info like your order and shipping info on 2 different emails (inbox space). Here is how i do this:

1. You order
2. I reply with total and wallet ID.
3. You initiate the transfer (do not wait to confirm) and send me the btc amount (not dollars) and your shipping info.
4. I reply with transfer confirmed email.
5. I reply again when i drop your pack

If done correctly process takes about 10 mins.

Don't worry about remembering anything as i have generic replies saved that walk you through the entire process each time.

So when you are ready, send a new email with your order. I will take care of the rest. Thanks for reaching out, post up in the thread, and welcome to the TGI fam.

I don’t understand? Why are you upset he put current resident? What’s the problem with it (even if he had your name)
 
I think the only bad thing I’ve done out of my alleged orders was not have my bitcoin ready the same day I think it was ready a day or 2 later

My only gripe on that is if i were to get one of my bulk buyers in, then you pay, and they cleaned me out of all the shit you ordered. Now youre stuck waiting (and unhappy) i am in a hurry, and my t/a suffers.

Easily avoided with prompt payment.
