It’s not entrapment. All levels of law enforcement are allowed to lie. It’s part of being undercover.

A cop can say they aren’t a cop there is no law stating otherwise and does not fall into entrapment laws.

It doesn’t work in the case of the escort due to the fact you called her she didn’t call you. Entrapment law is to protect people from being lured to do something they typically wouldn’t do unwillingly. By placing the call or emailing the person you took the first step in contact , therefore you were not entrapped as you were seeking the service.

That’s horrible man, absolutely horrible. Jenny McCarthy had the opportunity to be a major spokesperson for the dangers of vaccines but buckled under pressure. Story after story of vaccine damage happen all the time yet the vaccines don’t get blamed. Girls and now boys dying from the HPV vaccine or being permanently damaged from it.

I’m pretty sure the scenario you described could still be considered “conspiracy” and they can still convict you regardless of money or goods being exchanged with or without you being present.
