Everyone needs to understand that I never asked for a refund and that it was forced on me. I offered to pay for new product with new stoppers and he refused. I have NO issues with TGI and I would have no issues recommending him to other as long as the stoppers are changed or they are told by source this will happen before hand.
Answer my question first. When did I say all 11 had contaminates?
If I had one happen to me, i don’t see anything wrong with asking titter to work something out. But asking for a full cycle refund, that’s bullshit.

I’m not accusing you but if you’re using blunt dispensing tips to save a few cents. Stop and get beveled ones. The blunt tips rip thru the stopper instead of the bevel cleanly piercing it.
These aren't blunt and those are what I use.

This is the way I see it.
He posted the vial with the stopper chunks floating.
He brought it to Meso’s attention and we all have our input, i.e. make sure you pull from different spot on the stopper. Roger rabbit brought up filtering it yourself. Etc etc
This should of never gotten to a ‘refund’ or ‘destroy the gear’ situation.
Also, @balco the pic you posted the needle marks were grouped together towards the center.
I’m not saying you were trying to scam but I think this could of been oliviated a different way.

My bad, you said 3 were ruined so it’s only logical that all 11 would probably be ruined as well.
