You are welcome. Glad you were proactive already.

the combination of high potassium and high creatinine is scary.

Keep us informed brother [emoji106]
It’s odd too I have no symptoms, I know that doesn’t mean much but i piss pretty clear all the time and I drink water constantly. Now if I could get a damn appointment sooner then 3 weeks I’d be all set. Maybe if I was an illegal and not a Vet I could be seen right away o_O

I like the sound of 2on 2off. So for a 20 week EQ cycle that equals 10 weeks of Tren so pretty much a normal tren cycle was my general theory? Thanks for your input.

One week 10 I would strongly suggest blood work. As you can see kidneys take a beating.

One thing I think really hurt kidneys while on steroids is too much protein and creatine. While on steroids it increases the glomerular filtration rates. I think anything over 250 grams of protein per day is in far excess of what should be consumed but often times you see people touting 300-600g per day and often cited in reports leading to renal failure.

But I think i have spoken too much tonight and am probably boring people with my posts lol.

Hell no you’re not boring us.

Yes, clear urine is often touted as being “ok” but this can also indicate the beginning of kidney failure. your urine can be colorless because the things that change urine into “color” aren’t being excreted.

Don’t everyone panic... if you are drinking excess water then it can be clear lol. But if you have times of not drinking excess water but have constant clear urine.. then get checked sooner than later.

Not boring at all! I always appreciate educated insight. Some times we just don’t think outside the box and keep doing what we have always done. I eat a shit ton of protein because I have a hard time putting on weight. My body wants to stay lean. I literally just drank a shake made with egg whites which was 125 grams of protein as a bed time snack and I am still on a cruise.

Seriously, thanks again. I take what people recommend and research from there.

This is the first blood work I’ve done with results like that. My creatine was a little high on week six but that was about it. I still have the appointment but I’m definitely not panicking, mostly chalking it up to Tren or the DHB, Not much information on it out there. I’ve also been taking a bunch of supplements I normally never take because my stomach is such a pathetic loser and can’t handle much of anything.

LOL, I notice he not only backed down but disappeared when someone within very close range to him stepped up to him.

I thought that was just because 9:00 is his bedtime.

My cardio is training with my buddy who owns a MMA Gym. The other day we were training together and I told him about the kid that will take on anyone and if you take one look at him, you would never fight him.

My buddy was begging me to invite him to the gym.

We were geared up and ready to basically beat the crap out of each other like we often do when he takes his mouth peace out and says, “take one look at me and you will be too scared to ever fight again”!

Pretty much the end of training for the day!

LMAO, one look is all it takes.

I just started back training boxing today. Holy shit I’m out of fighting shape or even lose dose Tren makes you winded quickly. Either way it was embarrassing.

I hope it is nothing brother. Us retired guys have to stick together. I love saying retired.

Topical magnesium will help for acid reflux but won’t be immediate. Would take a good 4 weeks before serum levels would raise enough to see benefits i suspect. So I would go with the salts for immediate results.

Topical magnesium 100% for blood pressure and excellent sleep.
What form of mag if usually used in transdermal ?

I am intentionally being vague here, but I used to fight pretty frequently and that is how my budy has always paid the bills. My mind doesn’t realize how old my body is and thinks I can do what I used to do. I get gassed pretty fast these days.

The real issue is my shoulders when we are working on takedowns or grappling. I am too old for this shit!

There is a lot of misinformation regarding protein intake and renal function. In healthy kidneys protein, even high amounts of protein, are not harmful.

Yes protein metabolism does present an increased load for the kidneys to process, studies show filtration rate increases and the nephrons in a sense hypertrophy. This is all a natural adaptive response and not pathological. What happens when you present an increased load to your muscles by excercising? They hypertrophy and you don’t have some disease of the muscle because it’s an expected natural adaptive response.

Now if you have pre-existing kidney disease/damage or they have completely shut down and you’re in dialysis then you have to reduce your protein intake because you’re not able to process the nitrogenous waste products. It would be similar to someone who has just run a marathon and is in rhabdomyolysis being forced to run a second marathon the muscles cannot adapt and they are further damaged.

The two major causes of kidney damage are diabetes and high blood pressure. In our case high blood pressure uncontrolled is the most likely culprit if we experience renal damage. Hypertension is called the silent killer, you feel great until you have a stroke or heart attack.

I would highly recommend everyone get their blood pressure checked frequently on cycle, if abnormal I recommend telmisartin or another angiotensin receptor blocker. Beta blockers have impotence and depression as a side effect, diuretics dehydrate you and can cause electrolyte imbalances, calcium channel blockers cause lower extremity swelling. ACE inhibitors and ARBs have a renal protective effect and have been shown to halt or slow renal damage due to diabetes.

No grappling for me anymore, busted up back and pins in femur. I’ll throw enough punches till I can shoot them ;)
