There's always 2 sides to every story. Just wondering how well they match up with one another.
First you need to misread something and then argue about it. Then i make you look stupid. Then stage a bullshit false op to crucify me and burn my brand. (You'll sure show me!). Then get called out because nobody else even has close to your issue. Then act like the victim.

First i asked what need replaced. He said 305 of a 415 order. That's when i put the brakes on. I told him if i send you more gear, you will lie and say it is fucked up as well. So i will issue the refund instead of giving you gear twice then you claiming the same bullshit and giving a refund after. Saves me a round of gear. That's exactly how I worded it. Then i told him to send a photo of useless gear and he refused saying i wouldn't send the btc. I asked how do you trust me to brew your gear but not send btc? He replied again refusing. I knew then he wanted that gear and more gear, or that gear and money. So i decided for 415 he could take a hike and purchase untested products somewhere else.

@MisterSuperGod i have dealt with replacements for all kinds of things. This was clear and immediate bullshit. His reasoning? "My best educated guess is that they will all have bad stoppers". What about the replacements? Same stoppers....helloooo?! If he would have said 1 or 2 vials i would have sent it and moved on. Bullshit but moved on.
