You would have to use a lot for it to actually interfere with estrogen levels from my understanding. I’ve heard the same thing about Primo giving you that “sense of well being.”
I’m guessing it may be more placebo, due to just feeling/looking better. Nothing like drying up and hardening up to make a guy feel on top of the world lol
 
Tested 1/2 cc of TrenA Creatine today and it was completely smooth. Nothing to report. I think the alcohol wipe burned a little more than normal, but I could just be paranoid because of the Tren.

I have also run his Cyp and MastP as a cruise with noticeable results and no pip. 100mg / wk Mast was enough to tell I wasn’t just running TRT Cyp (160mg). I held onto way more of my gains than I did on my previous cruise.

I welcome input as to why adding 100mg of mast means I wasn’t really on a cruise or why it was bad for me. First time doing this and I would do it again based on the gains I kept.

260 mg total is a bit much to consider strictly a cruise but the concept of mixing test with mast on a cruise is not a bad one and is one some friends may have tried successfully. Test and tren definitely isn't a cruise but test and mast can be imo.
 
Anecdote i've read around the forum(s) seems to suggest a very high "sens of well being" while on it as well. I assume due to the anti-e properties. If no issues with estrogen, does it still give that type of effect?

I don't have estrogen issues and hypothetically mast does give you a heightened sense of well being either way. Also tends to increase the number of erections per day which isn't always a great thing.

So would you say it really is a poor man’s Primo? And if so, would it be a good compound for a woman?

No experience with Primo as it used to be extremely hard to find and really expensive if you could.

I don't think any AAS is really a "good compound" for a woman but in comparison to many others yes.

I have known several women who ran it at low doses and liked it.
 
Another small report.

Squats last night went surprisingly well. I haven't had anything over 405 on the bar until last night. Workout went as follows;

back squat
bar x 10
135 x 8
225 x 8
315 x 5
375 x 5
430 x 3
480 x 1 fast and smooth
365 x2x5

Safety bar squat

245x5
295x2x5

Shoulder felt good even low baring. Strength is coming back fast and maybe plus some the way the weight was moving. Pretty excited. Still can't press much but I hope it will come back the same way.

If I'm not mistaken mast ups your free test wilhich I think I'd responsible for the 'sense of well being'. I ran it at 450 per week with 500 a week of test e. I didn't notice much of a difference of 'feels' from a test only run. Libido was up considerably, and I feel like I kept more weight after pct that run.

My last run I didn't get that from 500mg of test either. But I was also limited in the gym due to knee injury, so that couldve played a role. Did you run E or P? Think I am going to just do 300 Mast P a week and see how I feel.

Thanks for the insight. When it is time for my next cruise I will look back at my bloodwork and consider maybe 100-120 Test & 100 Mast. I have been blasting and cruising long enough to know what to expect on my cruise and the mast made a huge difference. I was only down 4 pounds at the end of the cruise and still very vascular and cut (Didn’t gain a lot on the blast either, but got really lean and cut).

There is some good info about Mast in the steroid profiles section. That is actually where I read about the synergy of Mast and Test at low doses and decided to run it during my cruise. I am VERY pleased with the results.

I personally agree with others who have stated that’s Mast is a polisher. If it is summer and you are going to the lake every weekend and want to look extra hard and veiny then Mast is for you. If that isn’t the case, in my opinion, there are better compounds for the money to achieve certain goals.

Uh oh....doing squats this morning (not even that heavy) felt something in lower back pop on the way up. About put me on my knees. Can’t sit still or it starts to stiffen up. This isn’t gonna be good. Yeah, I’m old. Any of you guys have back issues? Do I need to man up and work thru the pain or sit it out for a few days? Fuck me...

100% stay out for a few days. I’d say give it a week if it’s that bad. However, don’t let it sit stiff for a week. Take epsom salt baths, ice baths, stretch out slowly every few hours.
