I don't lift or run gear. I am into yoga pretty hard core though.
Just checked off buying gear from Richard Simmons’s off my bucket list.
I don't go to public gyms. I will say that much and not elaborate. Lifting is probably a tie for my biggest passions...that and motorcycles. Followed by guns and being prepared for the worst.

Honestly i am not cool with anyone. Everyone i have helped in life has burned me one way or another. Some for personal gain, others to keep their ass out of a bind.

How much gear
I do not forgive, i do actively seek vengeance. Calculated vengeance when it is due. And yes, i am great at cutting toxic people out of my life.
