Also don’t take what I say anything personal. But my dog is very very well behaved. Loves everyone, no problems. But I can never blame a dog for doing what animals do.

My 3 year old walks up to people calming and ask to pet their dogs. I expect a 9 year old to know better

Anyone ever run either TB-500 or BPC157?

I opted out for the BPC because it seems to be more of a protective compound than a healing one. Although it does healing as well.

sometimes we grow little bit too fast, get a little bit too strong & when that happens something has to give so remember where you were at the point of breakage and try to stay clear of that and go on the more direction of pumping blood more than heavy weights..

it’s one of the worst things that can happen for sure... you just get going good and you get hurt and you’re literally shut down for a half a year and sometimes years... every four months I take a week or two off and come back much stronger sometimes .. I don’t believe you get smaller, from a week or two break, just a little deflated..
I believe it’s like epoxy and sometimes you need to let it completely heal for an extra week rest and the muscle has a new ground for growth
