My nips seem to stay hard at the gym, maybe its the preworkout. But I do notice it more while on cycle. We can be nipple buddies. Lmao. It used to bother me, but I dont even care anymore. I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis in both feet for a good while now. Bought the insoles for that at my orthopedic doc office and have gotten a shot in each foot. Been doing everything I can to shake it but shit is still brutal at times where it’s hard to take another step. Steel toes even though there tennis shoe ones kill me throughout the day at times. Fkn sucks!!

Plantar fasciitis sucks balls. I had it in one foot and from walking weird ended up getting it in the other foot too. Lots of stretches, rolling it on a hard ball in the mornings. I even bought that sleep thing that keeps your feet in that stretched position. ended up having to tape it up because the velcro would come undone. Even bought these ugly ass $150 shoes just for that and wore them once. Most ridiculous looking and uncomfortable thing I have ever worn.

What made the difference for me was getting the $50 dr scholls half inserts from walmart. The ones you have to stand on the machine and let it tell you which one would be best. I think it was the 440. put that in my shoes and it started getting better. Believe it or not, walking barefoot around the house helped me as well. Lots of IBuprofen. 600mg 3-4 times per day per the doc. Wouldnt even give me anything for the pain. Said it wouldnt help. Bullshit, my friend was getting hydrocodones at the time and they helped. Asshole. Anyways, I still feel tightness and the rubber band feeling in the bottom of my foot when I go heavy or do alot of sets on leg day, but hasnt actually hurt in a couple of years.

Mine are always hard like 95% of the time, cycle or trt..they go to semi hard after a 40min steam room shower. The actual nip is barely visible, not long erasers lol. Just be happy they look manly and aren’t satellite dish/puffy nips like every other dude. I actually prefer it like this.

Leaving 0.2 to 0.3 cc of air in the syringe will push that right out and it makes the coolest sound to let you know you’re done. It’s not going to cause an embolism either.

The air would have to be on the backside of the oil and that’s not possible, unless I’m missing something.
