IMO it’s kind of like EQ in that effects aren’t really noticable until 5-600mg. But I’d bet a couple hundred on a cruise would be nice too.

I will be adding it for my show at 600ish alongside test/eq/mast/tren/winny. I typically don’t use it offseason because the volume of oils gets to be too much.
