I do, yes. Occasionally I can find dress shirts I don’t need tailored (oddly enough, Express). Suits and spot coats forget it. 30+” drop from shoulders to waist for me.

Express has very slim fitting clothes, surprised you can get an arm in their stuff.

Holy fuck, I was at 20 shoulders to waist.
