I basically did oatmeal //sweet potatoes and chicken//chicken or fish and green vege// cottage cheese

I would throw in some egg whites but that was my meal. Ran test and tren and finished up with DNP. Very thankful for TGI for clean quality gear

Mac’s gonna get my money for a diet plan for my bulk.
 
Oatmeal I nuke...cook the egg whites...i bake a bunch if potatoes for the week...i cook extra egg whites for lunch for work and eat em cold and nuke oatmeal at work as well...than dinner I cook again...very cheap and healthy

I buy those cartons of egg whites and I’ll chug 425 grams preworkout and eat a sweet potato half the time.

Can’t wait to run 525 of Titters NPP/TPP blend. Probably try to add 10lbs over 9 weeks and maybe throw in an oral the last 4 weeks

Was going to tell you to donate blood, then I remembered your blood is infected with da aids.
Yea...i get blood tests every three months last time it was only 47 so I kno I'm fine I just get freaked out when I picture my blood struggling to flow...its basically a non issue

I’ll shred them hahah. Actually my feet are not rough, just awful. My dad has the type of arthritis that is heredity and it’s in his feet

I think I’ve got the problem where my toes are slowly moving out of the socket (Bunin?) and I have flat feet anyways.
