I used to laugh at it all day long but it's been the only thing that got my preteen half sister to stop being a little fatty, so I'll give it's cultness some merit. So far doesn't seem she's learning anything dangerous, though I've never seen a squat "form" like what she showed me haha. Weird thing like trying to lift with just your arms and no use of glutes/thighs, not even sure how to explain it. Looked like an orangutan. Pretty impressed with her work though even if it is CF, she went from near obesity to solid muscle. I will consider it her childhood bulk.

My socks are labeled L and R. Sock peasants. Up your game.
How do you remember which feetsies are which?

It’s fucking amazing. I used to put salsa on my eggs but now I exclusively use kernel Seasons. And that seasoning on brown rice makes the rice taste good as hell.
Ahhh brown rice tastes like literal gravel you lads are mad, no amount of flavored salt could change that...

4 completely random days of my diet while cutting. The top image was yesterday which was my last re-feed of this cut. I could eat more fruits & vegetables, and I’ll never claim my diet is perfect. But I’m 100% consistent with weighing and tracking my food and that’s what ultimately matters for results.

Primo pip update. I did 2ml first in the quad a week ago and had terrible pip and still can’t flex the muscle all the way. Then 1ml in the other quad and still bad pip but not as bad as 2ml haha. Still feel that one too after 5 days.
BUT I did 1ml primo mixed with 1ml test c in the ventroglute. And no pip at all.
