Canadian bacon and ham are different things and Canadian bacon definitely doesn't 'replace' ham here, so you could ask for either. 'murica bacon is what we call bacon and more common, if you wanted Canadian bacon we'd also call it 'Canadian bacon'. I don't think I ever actually tried Canadian bacon til I was nearly 20 (it's delicious, btw). I know these aren't serious questions but I really felt a need to clarify that... :(

This is an actual problem I've noticed, though. I apologize/say sorry all the time but it's almost like a common expression here; that's just what is 'proper' to say in day-to-day convo. But then 'murricans think I am being super apologetic and try to make me feel better. o_O
I must apologize. I assumed you were some weird guy, mostly because you're funny. You're definitely not a guy! What part of Canada says "oot and aboot" instead of "out and about"? Is hear it all the time when my wife watches HGTV. Most Canadians are cool except the ones from Quebec, they're impolite fucks. I live in a tourist trap in FL. so I meet a lot of them. Thanks!

Look man I have definitely lost some size but it's all for a good reason. Your goals and success in the gym aren't going to mean shit if you REALLY mess up your back pushing through the injury for the sake of gains. I'm sure your ego will take a hit when you get back at it but it will be worth it.

Also I had a pinched a nerve for a long time in my upper middle back and a TENs unit helped a lot with that.
Like you said you cant to shit unless that body is in good working order!! Gotta take care of that first!! You will get those gains back brother!! Glad your on the mend!!
 
@Brawny can’t overstate the importance of soft tissue work and staying active during injury recovery. Get a massage to open the area up, stay moving, and try to train without bothering it. I got over an SI injury in weeks vs months. Total inactivity doesn’t help injuries.

I had an SI injury last year. Fuck, it hurt! I started deadlifting heavy and got up to 575×3. That set right there fucked me. I got the injections $1000 in my spine and did pt but it didnt do much. I slept on my side with a body pillow between my legs and it went away in 3-4mos.

GH, biweekly chiro/soft tissue/electric stim, and staying moving as much as possible got me over it in about 6 weeks total.

It’s an absolutely terrible injury; I couldn’t even get my son out of his crib.

That’s because stenbolone isn’t a good compound and hence is extremely rare. It’s oral counterpart, methylstenbolone, on the other hand is the greatest oral AAS steroid in existence to date. Blows dbol out of the water - and it’s a dry compound so no water retention or gyno concerns. Also no major lethargy like dbol gives some people - dbol turns me into a walking zombie of lethargy by the two week mark.

Don’t sweat it, brother. Over the past two years I’ve been out of the gym for the majority of that time due to a back injury. I lost so much size it was infuriating - but when I recovered and resumed training and bulking, I put it all back on and then some rather quickly! Just take it easy until you can train again.

Yeah, I actually felt old for the 1st time in my life.Luckily my job is only physical about 1-2hrs a week.
 
Yes, have a few cycles under my belt!! Remember Sten? They were cheap and did work! Not sure how sterile they were but had to make do with what we had!!!

I liked Sten. Really thin and I recall some component being straight DHT. Either way it hit fast. I recall a cycle of sten (test) and upjohn winny tabs. Nice.

I recall also using Laurabolin. Talk about a long nandrolone ester and only 50mg per ml. Came in giant bottles thankfully.
 
Mig840 blend is smooth. Little pip on injection but a few days in and all is going good Incase anyone is on the fence to try it out.
Never had used mig until this last cycle. Had pip with first few interjections but my body adapted and ended up loving this oil! Hopefully anyone having trouble the first few times will adjust to it!!
 
Don’t rest completely. Stay active. Just avoid lifting. I doubt you’d lose much of anything as after a week or two back it’ll be like you never stopped. Can probably train around it after a week or two off and resume back and leg training some time after.

I was forced to take a ton of time off this year..still stayed active, I don't think I really lost any size or strength. I know no strength minus bench which is a direct result of the shoulder surgery itself..
