To have fertility options in the future, If you are on TRT and do blasting/cruising, you should use hcg throughout to keep your testes functioning. But if you completely come off the gear and take a descent break off gear then hcg during cycle is not needed.

Honestly I’m in a good spot mentally too.
Ready to move to the next level in my bodybuilding and have a few personal goals that I can refocus my mind on now. Quit smoking weed so now I think I will try to get on with the railroad.
I’ve always had that plan, but just never followed thru with it.
But I’m on the right path and jumping these hurdles one after another.
Feels good!
That be my advice for all of us.
While getting your body in shape, use your success in the gym to springboard you forward with the rest of your life.
Got to be as mentally prepared as you are, physically prepared.

HCG will keep your nuts from atrophy, so even if you don’t want kids but want to still keep the old boys puffed up and working, HCG is the route to go.

I kinda need a refresher course on how to take my 5000 iu and my 20 ml of bast water and mix it, store it and utilize it weekly.
Maybe I should start now using it during my blast and cruise.

Roll it around gently to get all the powder reconstituted and draw it back out. You can even start with 2 cc if you want. Empty it gently into your sterile vial and proceed to inject the remaining 3-4 cc’s of bac water into the sterile vial and refrigerate.

@The ole man damn, insomnia on only 100mg? I’m at 700mg and the insomnia is super bearable, and honestly it’s not even true insomnia. I just wake up at 4am every night but am able to go back to sleep easily. I’ll maybe wake up twice a night from the tren but other than that, absolutely zero side effects. No night sweats, nothing.

I had a friend running it last year going into a powerlifting meet. I think he was trying to take 20mg a day and the lethargy was so bad he ended up dropping it. It can fuck with your stomach too.

What is your caffeine intake like? I dropped all my preworkout and stimulants when I used Tren. Seemed to help a lot.

The night sweats are what gets me on Tren. Blood pressure starts getting up too

Night sweats are my big issue. Waking up soaked. But such is the tren life. Can’t argue with the results.
