Morning fellas!
Been floating around 225 for a while, decided to add back in some calories because powerlifting has gotten hard in a reduced calorie state.
Came home yesterday and cooked a big ass steak, some veggies and bread. Put the kid down and I fell asleep for about an hour. Got up when the wife got home from the hospital and downed two bowls of cinnamon toast crunch. About an hour after decided to hit the gym and boy did I feel and look better. Cereal magic PUMP. This dieting thing has sucked LOL.
