Morning fellas!

Been floating around 225 for a while, decided to add back in some calories because powerlifting has gotten hard in a reduced calorie state.

Came home yesterday and cooked a big ass steak, some veggies and bread. Put the kid down and I fell asleep for about an hour. Got up when the wife got home from the hospital and downed two bowls of cinnamon toast crunch. About an hour after decided to hit the gym and boy did I feel and look better. Cereal magic PUMP. This dieting thing has sucked LOL.

Everyone talking pancakes. That Kodiak protein pancake mix is pretty good for waffles ;)
It is damn good for a protein product.

But IMO; fuck that. Full buttermilk pancakes. Get the protein elsewhere. I hate the “protein _____” fad. Either eat some protein with it or don’t give a fuck. Protein cookie? Nah. Just gimme a cookie.

Also, muffins are a fantastic pump. Carbs + a bit of fats = <3
 
Lately dinner has been 4 eggs, 4 servings of egg whites scrambled in a little coconut oil with that seasoning and diced tomatoes :D
That’s almost my last meal too!
4 eggs cooked in coconut oil and large can of tuna with a little olive oil mayo and spoonful of pickle relish.
First meal of the day is oats and protein powder.

Yea, they are great, but I'd mow that shit down in the middle of the night rubbing my belling in the kitchen while making grunting noises.

I like them for the added fiber content. Especially when I’m being more selective with calories on a calorie deficit
