Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

Meso, i have had 3 people now tell me my prices are too low.

How many of you are in favor of me charging more?

Just kidding.

I'm new guys. Until labs come in or lcms tests show what i have is good shit, i will do whatever is feasible to attract a customer. Service, speed, comms, and meeting requests. Part of that is undercutting the competition. I don't need to get rich overnight. In the future i am sure my prices will be comparable to other small sources here. For now, let's see some blood work or lcms testing and worry about price hikes later.

No need to raise prices. Let the compitition come to you. Just raise minimum. [emoji106][emoji106]

Then when you get to the level of customers you can comfortably handle while delivering t/a and customer satisfaction stop taking new customers. This will also help in invendtory control.

I agree with @Roger rabbit, the demise of all these labs always comes from stretching themselves too thin which stems from Greed.

More times then not when tests come back good and the orders come in, rather than shutting down periodically or going private, they push the envelope for that extra dollar. Soon enough, communication slacks, packs are not shipping out on time, stock gets low..that always leads to reckless behavior by running ragged and mistakes happen and the extra precaution and step in security goes out the window.

Mistakes in this game are life altering.
It’s not a sprint it’s marathon, just like any other business. That is if you want to be here for the long haul...

Coinbase mobile app does but might not be the best ending spot for your crypto.

Coinbase is a nazi. And they report to the IRS.

I will get it then.

If i can't keep up, i will adjust fire accordingly. I mentioned about temporary closing in my intro, although i hope i don't have to. But then again, the volume is unknown when it comes to sales. If i cannot abide by security, safety, fairness, and fast t/a...then i need to reevaluate what i am doing.

I respect and appreciate all the input and help. Thank you all.

Hard to keep/stop taking customers when i don't keep records of who ordered. Thoughts?

As long as you have the self control to stick your original plan you will go a long way. It’s definitely tough, I own a business and we’re fairly small with some big accounts. At times it’s tough turning down work because people don’t want to wait 3 months but I learned the hard way that our quality and customer service slack when we take on too much. It’s easier to look over the “minor” details when you’re needing to get to the next job but our dependability, attention to detail and relationship with customers is what sets us apart and puts us in high demand.

I refuse to waiver on what I intentionally set out to do and it always works out in my favor. Sure I could make triple this week but I couldn’t sustain that.

I’m not telling you anything you don’t know man. Customer before the dollar and the dollar will always be there.

Consistency is what makes a business.

Most of these guys want to see you or the next guy succeed because we’re sick of dealing with people that don’t stick to their word.

You will get to the point of where you recognize your customers who purchase often. Those are the ones you want to stay loyal to... such as they will you.

Noted. Thanks.

Damn sure don’t keep track of Customers. I just got an email from a source I ordered from a month and a half ago. Replied to my last email which was shipping info, saying he was running a 30% off sale. Tha Fuck?
Yeah. No fucking way. Packs land i wait a day and delete.

I ran an auto shop years ago. Same philosophy. I agree wholly. And thanks for the no bullshit advice.

TD on my end as well.
I love how clean the vials look with the transparent labels, he even threw in an extra, communication was SOLID too. The vials looked pretty even levels when putting them side by side, hopefully we see some blood work, but other then that, communication was steller, got my package pretty fast (3-4 days). Again, now all we need is to see some blood work, this will be my first time taking TREN in mig, so hoping there is no pip, thanks again Tit, will be posting an update when im 5 weeks in

Glad to see another customer happy. Can't wait for the update. I love mig. Adore it. But it isn't for everyone. I find it smooth as silk.
