Ever tried laying flat on your back, with a super squishy pillow under your neck and then a regular one under your legs. If I do that I can sleep that way all night. Weird thing is never like that for 2nights in a row. For whatever reason I always wake up way more restful.
Interesting tidbit, I don’t have the study on hand but I read about one done about 20 years ago where two different groups blood testosterone were tested the upon waking. One group slept on their left side, and the other in various positions. The group who slept on their left side, there Total testosterone was higher. By how much??? I do t remember it saying, I just remember trying to correct myself in the middle of the night, back when I was all natural, thinking I would have one up on all my competition.
Haven’t tried that but when I push up here soon and have to resort to laying on my back I definitely will!!! My wife has a maternity pillow she’s not using anymore either. That sucker is like a huge cloud that wraps around your body and you can position it in all different ways. Thought about trying that too!
