Lisinopril is an older generation of medication. Why they don’t prescribe telmisartan more is something I do not understand. Old habits I guess...

Pretty much each class of blood pressure medication is going to be equally effective at reducing high blood pressure, it's just a matter of indication. For some people beta blockers are not suitable, but ACE inhibitors are probably the most easily tolerated. For some people the cough is an issue on ACE inhibitors and another class of drug might be more suitable.

Telmisartan is still relatively new and is not as commonly prescribed in some countries, but like with any other class of medication, you still have the potential to feel like shit on it.

I suggested one person I know to get a script for Telmisartan to try out instead of their ACE Inhibitor - they felt like shit compared to the ACE inhibitor and switched back.

On a completely unrelated subject to this thread I’m thinking I can get back to the gym in the next week or so. Just started hitting my concrete weights at work I made to get me ready for the real shit. My cycle this time around is going to be low to medium test. 4-600 NPP and maybe some var. I think I’ll do that for 7-8 weeks then switch to my fav summer combo of test tren mast for 6 weeks. Test and tren on the lower side. Mast around 600. No orals. I peaked at the end of March around 218 after my winter blast and atlas program. Probably down to 205 already because of work.

First proper cycle is almost in the books. As much as I want to cruise here in another month, the safe play is to PCT properly like I planned going in. Will draw bloods to check recovery before my physical and I go onto my second cycle again in September. If my test level is still low at that point, I won't feel like a fucking idiot bringing it up to my doc.

Just something mental I have where I have to have clear evidence/due diligence of my own before I mention it to my PCP. Partially feel like in my early 30's I'm too young for low test issues, but I was there.

When are you drawing bloods? You had bloods drawn pre cycle?
