Another BP issue. Son of a....
Went to donate blood yesterday and got rejected because BP was 150/112. Made appt with doc in 3 days. At same time I can hardly trust a doc working for big pharma. The thought of taking toxic bp meds with its own set of shitty side effects. How long does it take for beet root and celery seed ext to start working? Started it yesterday....and cialis. How about other nitric oxide supps like arginine? Fuck...I bet my BP skyrocketed when they told me I had high BP.

I noticed the effects within the week. I honestly think with in 3 days it was noticeable. I did ask double the recommend dosage of beet root powder
