All right guys I have my self a dilemma and a big question. Those of you that have got a vasectomy, the doc told me no heavy or Strenuous activity for a week after. Problem is I'll be on blast that month. Anyone got it done and believe it's ok to do at least upper body and possibly light lower, Or should I wait another 2 months until running this cycle?? Because IMO a week on is a lot of misses gains!!!

Are you asking how to do it, I am only aware of how to download the apk. I have showbox on a android, and downloaded a differently player that would allow me to stream from phone to chromecast. My cousin had a badass jail broken android TV he got off craigslist but his wife got pissed there son kept watching porn on it, so she smashed it with a hammer. She must not know about pornhub. Don’t do it. Rearrange the cycle. Trust me. I had mine done on a Friday and had planned on going back to work on Monday and light duty. Sunday night was a big snow storm and greedy me couldn’t pass up the double time. I was wearing an athletic supporter to hold the boys but I could tell shit wasn’t right. No lie by Monday afternoon I had a golf ball and a grapefruit crammed in there. Totally freaked me out and made recovery so much longer. Got snipped 6 years ago. Changed my oil the next day and was back to fuckin two days after surgery. I’d start cycle and use the 5 days after the surgery as a recovery for both balls and muscles.
Key to avoiding soreness from surgery is to RELIGIOUSLY ice the sack 20 on/off. If you can keep the initial inflammation down then you’ll be G2G. You have to be diligent and stay 2 steps ahead of the inflammation
