Personal home gym is really awesome. Started mine 5 years ago during a family illness (father/cancer) as I was traveling all the time and didn't lift for 3-4 months. Put together basics from Rogue so I had an option and could be productive...never looked back or went back. Started buying what I wanted. Moved to a new home with a dedicated room a few years ago, upgraded to a 6 post rack and finished off equipment selection. Even room for all my needs plus a few wants...not enough to be a fuckwad constantly purchasing stuff and never focused on using it (seen it happen).

Love it. Never going back. I miss the camaraderie a bit but I have more pressing needs and priorities in life. Plus, icy roads and dark in winter...I just walk downstairs. I have people over and host groups sometimes. Lift big and chill/eat/beer after.

Lock her in a closet and throw chocolate in there once per hour. She'll gain a lil weight, but might be more manageable. MIGHT...

What was the hardest to quit for me was the action. What do you do with the extra 5 minutes every hour or so? Sunflower seeds and beef jerky werent good options. Bloated up real quick. Lmao. But yeah, gotta keep them hands busy. I would have probably had a fidget spinner if they were out when I quit smoking. Just something to fiddle with. I still get cravings sometimes, and its been 7 years. The smell of cigarette smell is disguisting now, but the smell of tobacco is enticing. Not snuff or dip though, that shit makes me gag just thinking about it. Worse time throwing up was Cherry skoal. Fucking gross. Lmao. Get your girl chewing tobacco. Levi and garrett or redman are delicious and her kisses will be a lil spicy.
