I take 15mgs of ambien every night for the last 15 years or so. If I didn’t I’d never get a minute of sleep. Yea it’s that bad

Same. Been taking triazolam at night for the better half of a decade... my body gets tired as fuck. I just cant shut my brain off. Having to sleep in the day time sucks.. Hella weed wackers and other assorted sounds of life. Sun coming in the cracks, I hate it lol...

That’s my problem my mind never calms down. I get maybe 4-5 hours at night. I never sleep during the day either.

I'm lucky, I can compartmentalize my life and shut things off til I'm ready to deal with it. My brain races when I'm awake though, seriously.

I had about 8 weeks of relief with my second set of injections. But since then, nothing. I just have to work around it all the time. It is annoying!! Lol. Makes gym life a challenge. But I am healthy otherwise, bonus! Do you just call your doc when you start hurting again?

Last 2 plus weeks my back has been killing me. Tried working around it in the gym and kills me the next day. So I took a good break and it’s gotten better but still the spasms come and go. I literally feel your pain.

Driving is hell on your back. Old man told me that all the time.

I see a lot of drivers hunched over walking. I try and keep my back straight and sitting up right most the time. I do catch myself leaned forward a lot so I consciously try and not do it. I need a new seat probably but there about $1,200 and I can’t buy just one because the other one won’t match. Yes I’m that OCD. If I get this new contract I won’t be driving anymore anyway.


Just driving to the fucking bank! Lol j/k

I lean slightly back when driving. When I ran without logs I’d put in 16 hours behind the wheel without much discomfort.
