I would just start the hcg, and is it test E 300 mg/ml?
I just don’t think it would kick in quick enough to make a difference in how you feel. The reason you feel like shit IMO is because your estro is so low.

Not blowing cold air out. I think I’ve narrowed it down to refrigerant or condenser.

Not a horrible idea. 500ng is pretty benign. Might make sense to recover normal bloodwork first. His choice though.

Both times for me not blowing cold was capacitors. Cheap easy fix. I ordered gauges and freon and it's still sitting unused

Is the unit is humming but the fan not turning? If so it's the capacitor. If fan is moving and no cold air it's the freon

Everything is running. Have it set on cold and auto and it’s just warm air

Everything in outside unit is spinning as well.

How can you determine Freon vs compressor?

If you’re coming fully off HCG immediately, 2 days of 2k or so, a few days (half a week) of 1k, a week of 500, nolva and clomid after IMO. Above all else you want your nuts back online ASAP.
