Surplus of caleries to gain is exactly what I struggle with. I get up in the 220’s and my body just doesn’t want to stay there.
Pretty much the same, I just can’t eat more. I feel like a huge bag of shit when I’m stuffed.
 
Shit man I probably have more TGI gear then TGI does at this point. I think I’m 7-8 delivered, 1 issue and that was missing a $30 credit item that he sent the next day. Not giving a G2G but so far he’s on point and I’m pleased.
If you dont mind me asking, why 7-8 deliveries? I try to keep the amount of times shit 8s coming to my house at a minimum. I'd rather have one bigger order, than having a steady stream of them .
 
I make a shake almost everyday with monstrous amounts of peanut butter, whole milk, 1 cup of oats, 1 scoop of ISO, and half a frozen banana. I have one several days a week and it’s a quick breakfast to go.

And unfortunately my gut does get sensitive to just regular whey.

Another one I use which is inexpensive is integrated supplement isolate. It has been lab tested at 83g of protein per 100g with 90% purity. It is provon whey isolate. Its not the best but descent.
I make 2 shakes like this daily. At work, on a lot of days I cant stop to eat every 2 hrs., I toss down the shake, next couple 9f meals are real food. Then I usually throw down another shake before bed.
 
I do lean bulks more often than not honestly and love it. However, that is going to change on my next bulk. I have made very good, dry, lean gains while using anadrol. I cycled anadrol and whinny out. 3 days drol... 3 days winny...for 6 weeks. It's amazing. @Roger rabbit is the one who got me doing that. Try it you'll love it
As far as synergy, @RogerRabbit, di you think the same would work with Superdrol? I've had a bunch kicking around for a bit waiting to be implemented.

I just wanted more pointers like earlier when everyone was talking egg whites. Maybe something I haven’t tried. I eat and eat, but it gets sooo tiresome. I don’t like eating an entire chicken every day.

I drink the hell out of some protein shakes just so I don’t have to eat more. Like 4 a day. 8 eggs with turkey bacon every morning. Etc, etc...
Only 1 chicken daily?
 
Is it complete? I'm scared to waste stomach space on vegan proteins or whatever honestly
It is and it works great on its own. It’s amino acid profile is not as complete as whey but more similar to soy and egg.
Making anything vegan or vegetarian into a COMPLETE protein is very basic and simple knowledge with a little research. Most Veg proteins are blends with other veg protein sources in order to make the blend more complete.

I am a vegetarian and getting enough food and hitting my macros has never been a issue.
