Intermittent fasting and keto changed my life. That 16-18 hour fasting window goes against everything we’ve all been taught and had forced down our throats. Zero muscle loss, great lean gains, crazy energy, no inflamation, minimal water retention and not so much as a head cold in 18 months. Same with my wife. Not to mention, intermittent fasting can naturally increase natural HGH up to 2000% in some men. Everyone is different but every single person I know who does it and sticks with it has nothing but positive things to say about how it’s changed their lives. It could be the recipe for success for some hard gainers. And just plain healthy for others.

Preach. This was one of the single most successful things I tried and proven for my self so yes it's anecdotal. However, everything he said dido. Changed my life anxiety, insomnia, and energy through the roof. I normally fast until about 4pm then eat until bed and repeat. An yes you can exercise while doing this. There are many podcast and Docs who say so with facts and specs. I went to mainly wild game lean meats, high healthy fats, and I will through a chicken salad in here or there but mainly carnivore diet with Intermittent fasting has changed my recovery time,size,stamina, as well as keeping gains. Which we all here want to achieve most of all. An this is not bro science its proven do your research and I suggest experiment be objective and try it .If it is not your thing then hey no worrys find what works for you and then please share. Amen to that bro. That's amazing!! I know I come on here and let loose, and talk about crazy stuff with the guys, but honestly, without what God has done for me this past year theres no telling where i would be. Not the same story as yours, but very similar as far as the miraculous provision of God received in my life. So did you have to get your LCDC?
I’m a licensed CIT and Psych major. Can’t list what the label for the license in my state is it’d be a dead giveaway where I live.
 
Running Winny right now. I’m on day 9 100mg and strength is picking up and joints are getting dry. Added fish oil back to my regimen.

Damn did start at 100mgs? Ed I was thinking 50 to 60mgs. So I don't have sides which winny doesn't really have super extreme. However, isn't 100mgs a little high?

Edit added but why fish oil and not krill? I love krill oil over fish oil.
 
Any deca to help it also?
No Deca. My new endo wants me to do 90 day labs so I’m short cycling and I’m going to reschedule my appointment as it approaches to pull a couple of more weeks out of it. So I bridged Prop into my Cyp. I’ve never had to sit down and plan a cycle all the way down to the day to stop to get all my values right before bloods. My last Doc was 5 month labs.
