For joint support, and I'm talking long term of course, you should use low dose Deca. NPP is great...dont get me wrong, and by all means use it if you dont mind adding in an ed or eod pinning to your try pins. I would just say that it would be better on your injection sites not to add an ed or eod pinning in unless it's a blast. Make that scar tissue counts sir.

I’m running his deca for the same reason. 200 mg/week works fine. Just did a NPP cycle and added deca into it the last 4 weeks.
