Nope. You log on one day and realize that the reply box isn't there anymore, in threads and PMs. You can still post status updates and use the like button.
Only Millard and Dr. Scally have the power to ban, as far as i know. (No need to bother them. Hence no tagging).

There was an online game that used to be pretty popular called Runescape. I had like 4 or 5 accounts banned, muted, suspended, etc. They would do the same thing. You log on one day and BAM, everything you worked for is gone just like that.
