Nah bro as long as I stay in the gym, and especially on gear, I stay pretty sexy in my mid section. I've been smashing food on this cruise in order to keep gains coming before my next blast. I bet I'm around 14% right now on a shitty diet and you can still see my abs. Now a little over a year and a half ago I was JFlab for sure lol. I had taken years off from cycling so that I could cycle meth, beer, and opiates and I got fat as fuck. My before pic and the now is crazy!
Must be nice man. I can’t fuck with the junk food the way you do and not be fat boy. Ill be 18-20% in a heartbeat. I’ll admit that my strength goes way up when I eat pizza a burgers and what not but I pay for it around the waist

Dude when I was in college I played soccer and used to cycle winny in the offseason during our strength and speed training. I used to eat soooooo much trash ass food, and I swear I never got above 10%. I was a shredded beast in college and used to smash 6 to 8 double cheese burgers after practice. It definitely helps that the average D1 soccer player runs on average, about 50 miles a week

6 to 8?!

Oh hell yeah. When you are that active, and training at that high of a level, you stay hungry. I was smart about what I ate through the day, or at least right before training, because training was no joke and I would puke. We used to have to run 3 miles in under 18 minutes BEFORE we ever touched a ball...and then we would have at least a 2 1/2 to 3 hour training session. Every day of the week

A lot of people recently have been telling me to not bother with EQ and that it's just a waste.. I usually throw it in with my Test+Tren.
They argue that it's likely not doing much for me as far as adding strength and muscle... I'm not really sure as I am pretty bad at tracking gains etc... I couldn't really tell you how much it helped compared to just test/tren cycle...
I know its not the strongest of steroids around... And it could be just the tren that is doing the work .. but where I find the benefit and the reason I am going to cycle with it again is because tren really kills my appetite... And I find that EQ increases my appetite.. so it kind of balances that out for me I think..... I find it really difficult to get anything more than a small portion down with tren, which is great for cutting... But when I want to pack on some pounds I really just find myself maintaining weight with tren.. I'll cut some fat and gain some muscle but I don't really bulk... I think the EQ helps me take in more calories, more food. More protein. I have to get better at stepping in the scale though and tracking progress..

Opinions are like ass......
I personally love EQ, lean gains and vascularity. My appetite goes through the roof and I struggle to get surplus calories. Hardly any sides other then RBC increase and that’s easy to deal with. What’s not to like about it ? Sure you won’t get 15lbs of water weight in 2 weeks and throwing 45s around like frisbees. It’s a long cycle that makes you look great. I feel people don’t like EQ are the impatient need mass now types. I have no experience with Tren so no comment there.
