What's your don't give a shit mcfatty cheat meal go to?

Mine is pizza with alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce with every cheese you can think of and no meat, with a FUCK load of coleslaw on the side. I love colesalaw so much
Honestly unless I'm balls deep in a serious cut, or running tren, then I have multiple chest meals lol. My favorite thing in the whole world is to go to Taco Casa right by my gym immediately following my workout. I always get 2 super burritos, 2 chiladas, an order of super nachos, and a super tostada. I do go healthy with my drink and I just get water though. My second favorite thing to do is go to Chicken Express and get a family size 20 tenders and a family mac and cheese. I usually never finish all 20 though...I've only eaten all 20 tenders once. A whole pizza is always a good one too.
 
That would be a solid question and one i don’t have an answer for. But I would hypothesize that as the body now has more waste their is more strain which would affect the numbers in a direct way.

I would refer back to my other post on consume lots more water on consistent basis.

I would also just add in some blueberry or cranberry to diet to help aid the liver.

And fun fact: EAT YOUR brocholli it helps to lower estrogen in men! Any cruciferous vegetable will help lower and maintain that e2. Phytochemicals are your friend.

Bro I have a thing with smashing food. If I stay away from alcohol, and I do, then my metabolism is pretty high. If I start drinking, I get fat...but not really any time outside of that. I cant imagine what my body would do on a nailed down diet. I should probably try it sometime lol

There is this local place that does insane sandwiches. My fav is a sandwich with chicken fingers, mozzarella, cheese sticks, french fries, and marinara. It's ridiculous. And amazing. With a side of jalapeno poppers. Fuck.... I'm gonna get one this weekend.

Sounds like a place I know called Munchies 420 . They have banging ass sandwiches made up with all kinda shit like that. Good stuff
