I said I’d do a feels on batch 3 DHB and I figure I’d do a before and after since I’m using someone else’s product for the first time in a few years. Don’t judge to harshly on the pics. I let myself go for the holidays and my vacation. I’ll post my cycle below. Like I said I took off from the gym for the holidays plus vacation. A solid 5-6 weeks of making a mess of myself. This week was my first day back in the gym. Monday I crushed chest/tris. Tuesday was deads. Not heavy at all but was ripping 225. Moved on to bis then finished with a little more back after my back loosened back up from the deadlifts. Came home and pinned 1ml DHB. Pretty much down hill from there. Starting Monday I was getting up at 530 to make breakfast and get ready for work. For some reason I’m up at 2 and toss and turn till 530 the last few nights. Same thing today but the lack of sleep and the hard workouts plus the DHB I thought I was going to die today lol. Super fucking sore. Horrible Body aches. My fucking toes hurt. I think it’s a test flu type reaction to the DHB. I’ve had it with primo so I’m going to keep the same pin schedule and give it my best shot for the next week or so and see what happens. If I don’t adapt to it I’m going to have to pull the plug. PIP is definitely there but it’s manageable. For now at least. Solution was slighty crystallized when it arrived. Reheated. 3 out of 4 went back into solution. The 4th still has a little chunk that doesn’t want to come apart. I’m not removing the vial top to break it up. I’ll work around it. Not sure what my goal is for the next 10 weeks. I think if I’m not as jiggly and sloppy looking I’ll be happy. Any comments criticisms whatever’s feel free to reply.
10 week total cycle
1st 2 weeks 50mg DBOL PWO
400 EW test cyp
525 EW NPP
400ish EW DHB
Last 4-6 weeks 3 day adrol/winny combo

5 orders all 3 days for me one out of 3 cyps were crashed and 1 Tren A was crashed from cold weather other than that everything was perfect on all orders and all crashes were handled and have not crashed since. On my 4th pin of sus and eq(from other labs) and 8th day of tgi dbols

That tren will put some hair on your bones
 
What about his "crea-ten"? I was basically reading recently that creatine monohydrate is the only creatine you need. And the micronozed and all that other bs is just a marketing gimmick to make you think it's "better"

I've never taken creatine. So idk if it's even worf it.

Just make sure to take creatine with a carbohydrate source. It absorbs better.


I don’t think it’s a gimmick on the other forms of creatine. Some can’t tolerate the monohydrate.

NutraBio has a third party tested pure cratine and it's 13$ for 500gs. So I guess I'll try it out. And I'm gonna order the all day you may and knocked the fuck out.

And while I have your attention... Lol. What is your recommended dose of glutamine for heartburn?

Honestly I love my results from just running test and var I haven’t felt the need to jump to the tren yet I’m waiting for my self to really max out before i jimo on that plus I just got over a broken hand in 2 spots and bought a house so I’m trying to gain everything I lost from the pay 4 months of being out lol

Nothing a small tweak in nutrition can fix brother.

You look solid! Dial in those micro and macro nutrients and you will be god status in 8-12 weeks brother.

But to be honest.... for overall gut health, immune health and muscle growth..

I would take between 15-30g.

The importance of glutamine is huge in the muscle fibers..... and you notice how people hitting the gym hard tend to get sinus infection or upper respiratory infections? It’s due to glutamine being robbed. As your muscle uses the glutamine up by training, if it isn’t replenished then the immune system suffers due to its major reliance on glutamine.
