Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

Oh yeah man for sure. Im almost back to where I was when I had 4 years clean at the end of May before I relapsed. I was 190 7%bf in May and at the end of July I was 150 (heroin is a mother fucker) I'm back to 180 vascular and lean and getting diet back down and on track to 200lbs.

I went through my old bloods and noticed the Sensitive E2 tests didn't have free test on it. But regular E2 did...

You think I should retest or nah?
I’m back at it too. I have an on and off again love affair with pain killers. Fell off the wagon four months ago, lost about 20lbs. It fucking sucks but god damn percosets taste so good lol. I’ve been back at it and feeling good.
Stay strong brother.

You should try vivitrol bro. Totally kills desire to fuck with opiates
My problem is real pain. I have screws in my femur, back has been operated on twice, broken shoulder blade etc etc etc, got to love Uncle Sam right? There’s days I can’t stand it, physically or mentally. Pain killers don’t take pain away they just make you not give two shits. That’s what I chase is just not to think about constant pain, the body high is just a bonus.

Free test is the important number for sure. This is why when getting bloods drawn ensure to grab the test that shows both total and free test.

Your body utilizes the free testosterone. You have a total test of 10,000 and free test of 5 ...if it’s all bound up then what’s the point? It’s simply circulating and not being able to be used.

I’d rather my bloods say free test 100 and total test 2,000.

Edit: and in the case of the poster who did the blood work. I’m assuming his free test is probably high considering we saw testing done on the OD. Gear and therefore since his body is able to utilize the testosterone more effeciently this will lower test total as it’s being used.

@ele1990 you seeing some good gains?

I believe total T is testing all T, both bound and free, not sure if you meant something else.

Bro I got my back issues and I have torn ligaments and tendons in both wrist so i know pain. Im a year clean off H, ive been on suboxone. If you havent tried it, you ought to. In my experience it last a lot longer than pk's so ur not poppin em like skittles. & it helps me pain and helps me from not going back to other shit. @TitaniumGear (TGI) I wanted to say that my order from before had gone through smooth with no hiccups and very nice packaging.
Also as for the Test E pip talk, I dont experience any at all but i use a 1 1/2" and inject slowly. Id also rather have OD gear than UD gear. But thats just me. As far as tye old batch of DHB goes. Im gonna have tp throw that put because i have a tennis ball knot and a huge ass bruise with lots of pain and its been 4 days since pin. Id like to try the new batch.

Glad to hear about the smooth order and test e doing you good. New dhb is doing my leg good so i think you will approve.

We are 5 boxes closer to box 200. That lucky dude is gonna get 200 store credit just for making the right order at the right time. Here's an updated list. Also, i will be upping the NPP stock in the next couple of days so as not to run out. Got 3 more brews planned after that. Going to be adding one SERM as well very soon.

Testosterone Test

Alright done driving.

Yes , your total test is made up of all your test in your body. This includes free test and bound test.

When you get a specific test that show how much free testosterone specifically that is what you want.

If you get a test that only shows total test how do you know how well your body is utilizing it? You don’t. You only know how much total test is floating in your system.

So....

If you have a total test of let’s say 10,000 but have free test of 10.... well... there is a reason why that number is so high... you keep putting test in but it’s bound it isn’t being used effenciently it just there.

Now..... if I have a total test of 2,000 and free test of 100 there is a reason why my total test is lower... my body has been able to utilize what I have given it or produced.

I’ve used an analogy in the past that goes like this.

Think of total test as a bank and free test loves to pull from it. ( yes, I know free test makes up total test) but your free test loves to spend the money aka bound test. If your body is able to free up more bound test then the free test can spend more and utilize it on what it wants... which is muscle and sex....

Total test is a small picture of what is going on.

It's way more complicated than what was in that pdf and than what I'm going to type up.

Very simple explanation is that pharmacies are not allowed to over or under dose generic meds by -20% or +25%.

If the label says it contains 100mg/mL of hormone, it has to contain 100mg/mL of hormone.

The difference is that generic meds are allowed to have a bioequivalence (how much of the drug is available in the average human bloodstream compared to brand name) variance of -20% to +25%.

Example:

Let's say Pfizer developed and owns the patent for brand name test e at 300 mg/mL.
This sets the reference standard for bioavailability in human blood.

Now let's say Sun Pharma makes generic test e at 300 mg/mL.
The test e still has to contain 300mg/mL, but the bioequivalence in human blood can be -20% to +25%.

Edit: Not dogging TGI...I'm actually impressed he was able to brew e at 360mg/mL without having to use EO, and the cyp came back pretty damn close.

I just wanted to point out that it is actually 5% bioequivalence. Some meds are life sustaining and 25% would cause death lol.

Living with a pharmacist here.
