How much did your doc give you?
First time I saw my current primary care doc we were bullshitting about working out and he said he has no problem prescribing test for guys my age if they have lower than average test, but that he wants to see blood work come back in the 600 TT range.
Keeping a straight face after that was pretty damn hard.

'Twas the night before Christmas
And all the through the gym
Not a gym rat was stirring
And the lights were all dim
The dumbells were all racked
In order with great care
With hopes that saint nick
