No matter what I I do as SOON as the needle touches the skin on my right quad it's instant pain. Like it's hard to penetrate (that's what she said....when she pegged TGIs buttonhole). And no matter the area of my right quad I get pip. Every. Time.

Well the left quad isn't the problem so no - I am right handed but pin left quad with left hand, pulling skin with right hand. When I pin the right quad it's inverse.

Didn’t I read that you are doing a low TRT type dose?

I always pin sub-q when I cruise. I have done it for 26 months now and I have never had a single lump or any of that crazy stuff people complain about. I think it is all about technique and mostly volume.

I typically pin 0.5 ml sub-q, but have done 0.75 many times w/o issue.

I gave up on quads a long time ago. It seems like it is always a few good pins followed by a pin w/ pip for 3 days!

I pin quads. Feel harder to put oil in. Like it takes more pressure. Seems better if i pill the needle out just a bit.
