Weeks 1-20: 250mg Test E per week
Weeks 1-4: 50mg Dbol ed
Weeks 1-10: 50 to 75mg Proviron ed
Weeks 1-10: 400mg DHB per week
Weeks 1-10: 600mg NPP per week
Weeks 11-20: 600mg TrenA per week
Weeks 11-20: 600mg MastP per week
Weeks 17-20: 50mg Adrol 50mg winny ed(I will cycle the Adrol and Winny out with one another on a 3 on 3 off dosing schedule for the last 4 weeks)

Shit I forgot to put that. I will run the proviron and take .5mg of adex e3d for the 4 weeks I run dbol. That's usually all i needed on my last dbol run. The proviron keeps me more than dry enough as well. I like the proviron on NPP because it protects my libido, and I use it to up my levels of DHT, as NPP converts to DHN and my dose of NPP is higher than my test is.

Have you ever taken Neurontin? Non narcotic. It’s an anticonvulsant and medication for neuropathy. Slows down the brain. Off label use is insomnia, anxiety etc. I’m in the same boat as you. But Neurontin helps me sleep like a baby. Cheap drug. No sluggish feeling in the am after you get used to it. Make me feel like a champ. Look into it.
Yes, my issues sleeping are a little more involved that I’d rather not get into. PTSD type shit, I just stay tuned up all the time. It’s so bad I’ve taken the sleep study a half of dozen times drugged up and didn’t sleep a single second for any of the tests. I can’t even really explain how bad it is.
I appreciate the advice.

The only thing I have not ran before is DHB. All of the other compounds I have ran, some more than others. I've ran The first half of the cycle before without the DHB, and I've ran the second portion of the cycle before with great results. I just wanted to tie it all together with the goal of a lean, dry, hard, bulk. I've pulled ideas that I've gotten from different members and cycle logs, and will ensure that everything is nailed down by using Atlas. I just want to push my physique to its peak in 2019, and I feel like this will be a good start. I want to bring out my full potential.

I’ve actually gone to a clinic for meditation. Not giving you my sob story but with constant pain and being “tuned” up all the time I found/find it extremely difficult to slow it down. It did help some while I was going, the woman I saw would incorporate acupuncture into as well.

I grab the head phones and do it every day by myself, makes a big difference,
