I’m 99.9% bf what should I take to break the century mark?

I know. But he already started. He’s made his decision. Once that happens they don’t listen anyway.

It’s good to show lots of boob pictures first lol. And yes I do understand I could have went better.

I was dieting properly and lifting weights, and I had low Test anyways. So I just decided to self administer my test
 
Bf I would assume. Did you gain strength?

I did gain strength, but I wasn’t eating enough. I was more focused on shedding some fat.
Now I started getting strong on the next cycle when I raised my test to 500/week, 450 npp, 250 deca.

lol boobs could help. How low are we talking about? Did you have your T tested after the fat loss or just before? I ask because high body fat, like actually high is a cause of low T.

Quite true, only later do they realize that patience would have served them well. At the time you may think you know what you’re doing but later you realize you did not. I know lol
 
12 weeks of tren will leave a mark for sure, just wait till you stop.

I’m hoping so. I’ve got tons of work ahead of me. I am hoping to get maybe around 17-18% in the next 5 weeks.

Then I’ve got more research and questions to ask the vets around here

I already told him that he's looking at him self everyday in the mirror under a microscope, so the changes won't "seem" to be happening as quickly. It just wait till he runs into someone he hasn't seen in a few months...or runs into someone that only sees him every once in a while. It will be noticable

It was at 284.

And I used to weigh like 300-320 pounds back in the day. I managed to
Drop 100 pounds (very poorly) and during my statewide move, I added it back on (not all of it).

So this time I am going with a slow and steady approach.

All the gear I want to buy will be for a future cycle, nothing soon. I just want to purchase while I will have the funds

And you are right. I ran into someone while buying ammo today, and they said I was looking like I bulked up

It happens to me every time I go to a family dinner or function. I never really used to think changes were happening until someone would be like wtf!?

Take pics of yourself in the mirror every couple of weeks. At the end of your run put all of those pics side by side and you will be able to see what everyone else was already seeing. Try it you'll be surprised

Maybe I’ll just hit up random women, then get with them again in about 5 weeks. That sounds way more fun .

And it will give my girl a break lol
