What did you guys train on New Year's Day?

I kicked it off with calves shoulders arms

The gym had holiday hours so i wasn’t able to go. Took 8lb dumbbells, not many choices at home, and did a total of 400-500 mostly lateral raises and front raises New Year’s Eve, couldn’t lift my arms over my shoulder after, sore as shit the next day, but did a couple 100 more New Year’s Day. Heard doing 100+ reps of those daily are a good way to add size to the shoulders.

For you guys who do fasted cardio on cycle after making nice gains, what type of cardio worked the best for you guys to blast fat while preserving muscle? What kind of intensity works best for you? HIIT? Moderate? Time limits for cardio? The last thing I want to do is give up muscle but I need to dump a few lbs of bf Im carrying around midsection. Running TGIs Test/NPP and the gains have been huge and I’m not wanting to sacrifice an ounce of this muscle if I can help it.

I keep my test up and cut carbs to drop bf. Never lose much lean mass if i keep training and run my test a tad above trt. Never done cardio on purpose.

I like the stair master in all scenarios. it’s not boring like a treadmill or a stationary bike and I don’t like the elliptical plus it’s like a mild resistance exercise.

30 minutes fasted cardio on the treadmill with the “fat burn” setting. Also, used another lab’s dragon blood for the cardio.
 
I’m going to take an educated guess and say Tengrams doesn’t micro dose Tren :eek:

I have, and absolutely loved it. I don't know if I am sesitive to Tren because of anxiety or what...but when I low dose it, I am happy and feel fucking awesome. Ole lady likes it too.

I can run 50mg of ace EOD for about 6 weeks then I have to tap out most of the time...even that isn't much :(, but if I drop it to 30 mg eod I am gravy..
 
Keep in mind in the days of finaplex the pros did two 75MG shots a week and saw massive improvement

lol could be me, I do a lot sets on the flat bench and then sit there and reflect. I don’t agree with conservatives or neocons but the liberals are worse imo, I’m a Libertarian.

I personally prefer post workout cardio. Duration and frequency dictates muscle losses for me
 
It’s kick ass and gives FAST gains. I’ll sometimes substitute the half half full shoulder presses for the front delts for a short bar front shoulder raise. That kicks my ass.
Another good one is take an ez bar like you are going to do a bicep curl but with the close grip, tuck elbows in and do a press.
 
You want a serious cardio session try this. Kettle bell clean and press. Set an interval timer at 20 seconds high and 15 seconds low for a total of 20 minutes. I start from the floor but each additional clean and press starts and ends between your legs. I use a 20/25 pound kettle bell. Supposedly can burn 400 calories in 20 min. Here’s the study.

Nice, I’ve been only heavy (for me) shoulder workouts, by the end of it my muscles get shaky tired but don’t get that soreness. I think your working + the cpl 100 reps will do my shoulders well.
