It's amazing. You will hear people question it and knock it all day long, all while they have never thought to just try it lol. The synergy with those two compounds is insane
 
Bro I just threw in Anavar at the end of this last one and it really cave me a full, lean, look with alot of ascularity. It's great for pushing through plateaus. I love Winny as well at the end of blasts to harden up all of my gains. But honestly, if you want to see some awesome gains at the end of a cycle, and I stand by this, take Anadrol and Winny together each at 50mg per day. Dont stack them, cycle them. 3 days Drol, then 3 days Winny, then 3 days Drol...and so on. Do this for 4 weeks, and if you can take it, and I'm sure you can, go for 6 weeks. You will love it
Sounds interesting. Before Christmas I was sitting at 190 again then that head virus hit me and trying to get diet back down. Appetite has been a little shitty but it's coming back. Also since September I've only been able to hit the gym Fri Sat Sun. Been doing legs/shoulders, back/bi, chest/tris/abs. So I gotta figure something out for Tuesday's and Wednesday to do at home. This is why I want that rogue monster lite rack.

Yeah I remember you saying you were going to get one of those to do compound lifts at home. I have the same problem due to my job. Intend to hit the gym hard on Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon. I do chest, then back/bis, then shoulders/this, then legs...and unfortunately I've been skimping on legs lol. That's one of my main focuses in my next blast...my legs and ass.

If I discipline myself I could go Thursday after work. It's tough though cause I'm so tired. Lol. I'm gonna buckle down these last 6 weeks. Bring the cals up to 4K. I love staying around 190lbs but I think I want to try to break 200lbs. I'm 5'9/5'10. That's gonna be my goal this summer.

I stay around 210 to 215 on maintenance and I'm 6 foot tall. I was at 225 a couple months ago. I'm going to try and hit 230 on my next blast.
