Go into Google and find a calculator that tells you your macro ratio and nail down your diet.. Theres a bunch of different ones to choose from on the internet. Bro if you put whatever you "want" in your body, then your body is gonna do whatever it "wants" to do. If you give your body what it "needs", then it will do what you "need" it to do. If your not leaving your fucking soul in that gym when you work out, then you are selling yourself short and wasting your money. If you're not sleeping enough to give your body enough rest, then you are just telling your body "fuck you", and in return, your body will tell you, "fuck you". Does this make sense bro!?
