1 inch needle in the delts is good to go on a toddler so your fine.
 
Definitely the more sites the better! I have never been able to tolerate quad injections? I use both delts, then I have 2 spots on each ass cheek that work out nicely!!
Quads are my favorite spots. Never done lats, I don’t push enough oil for that. Delts, quads and glutes in rotation is enough for me.

Same results just depends on how long you want to use them

Ok. Because I was going to run some
DHP and that’s EOD right? Everything else I was going to run can be twice a week injections
 
I think most inject too low on quad is why they can’t tolerate.
You are correct! I went to low and it was 3ml. There was a cc of prop in mig in that pin and the pip lasted for a month and a half? Like it was in a knee tendon or something! Might try the ol' quads again but much higher!
 
Wow I fucked that quote all the way up. Anyways.... sparring muay tai ar my gym and hitting heavy bag for 5 minute increments is some of the best cardio workouts I do
It’s my only cardio currently lol. I used to compete in Muay Thai tournaments years ago but I’ve switched to just boxing now. It definitely beats out most cardio workouts I’ve ever done.
